In its 5 production facilities in the ready-made food manufacturing division, SAP MII OEE system integration with ERP and field has been achieved.

Golf, a popular ice cream brand in many countries, uses SAP ERP. Golf Dondurma aims to track all field processes in real-time with MII.

  • Solution:

Integrated with machines, automatic entry of quality control results and tracking of goods entry/consumption in the system without operator initiative. To analyze the root causes of production stops and to automatically generate when the machine stops and starts in the system so that the reasons for stops can be entered by the operator. Thus, production tracking will not be done on paper, and processes such as efficiency, quality, etc. can be reported accurately and in real-time.
