Energy Monitoring

Monitor and Save Energy: Leave a Trace for the Future

By connecting to your energy meters, track all your energy hierarchically and organize your consumption.

What is Energy Monitoring System?

An energy monitoring system is a system that continuously monitors and analyzes the energy consumption of a building or facility. This system measures the use of electricity, water, gas, and other energy sources, collects, stores, and reports data. An energy monitoring system is used as an important tool to increase energy efficiency, reduce costs, and support environmental sustainability.

Energy Monitoring, an SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) software solution, is used to perform real-time energy analysis, historical comparative reports, hierarchical dashboards on a monthly/daily/hourly basis, consumption data tracking based on the produced material, and compensation alarm management. This solution provides device-independent screens via a browser. It does not require an additional server cost!

What are the benefits of an Energy Monitoring System?

Energy Savings:
Energy monitoring allows continuous monitoring and analysis of energy consumption, enabling energy savings by detecting energy waste and unnecessary consumption. Data analysis can increase energy efficiency and reduce unnecessary energy costs.
Cost Reduction:
Energy monitoring helps reduce energy costs by tracking energy expenditures. Optimizing energy consumption based on monitoring results can reduce operational costs.
Production Continuity and Reliability:
Energy monitoring can enhance the continuity and reliability of energy supply. Monitoring systems used for anomaly detection can detect energy outages or system failures faster, ensuring production continuity.
Environmental Sustainability:
Energy monitoring helps reduce the environmental impact of energy consumption. Lower energy consumption reduces the carbon footprint and contributes to environmental sustainability goals.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Energy monitoring enables data-driven decisions about production processes. Having knowledge about how much energy production processes consume and where there is room for improvement helps businesses become more efficient and effective.
Capacity Planning:
Energy monitoring assists in planning production capacity. Based on monitoring results, you can identify times or areas with high energy demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Certificates:
Energy monitoring can help set and track energy efficiency goals required to obtain sustainability certificates (e.g., ISO 50001).
Competitive Advantage:
Energy monitoring and sustainability practices create a positive impression among customers and investors, providing a competitive advantage. Today, many consumers and business partners are more sensitive to environmental and energy efficiency issues.

There are many ready-made solutions available in the Energy Monitoring package.

Energy monitoring summary screen:
Instant power consumption can be seen on the main screen. At the same time, the average instant power amount of the last 15 minutes is displayed on the screen. If the power consumption exceeds a certain threshold, the colors turn red to alert the user.
Compensation screen:
Integrated with compensation relays, it allows you to monitor instant compensation ratios. At the same time, all stages of the relay can be monitored in real-time.
Active power graph:
Detailed graphs of active power information over time are obtained.
Single-line diagram:
The status of all meters is displayed on the diagram.

  • Phase currents
  • Phase voltages
  • P, Q, S values
  • Frequency
  • Power factor

Line-based consumption report:
Total energy consumption screens on a factory basis for the desired time interval. Distribution by line can be reported.

Hourly, daily, monthly, annual reports can be obtained.
